Always open when I need them

I really like the access to Metro bank - their opening hours are excellent when compared to other High Street banks who seem to open when it suits them and not their customers. There are always plenty of staff on hand to advise in branch and I’ve never been fobbed off in there with ““you can look it up online” - I can speak to actual humans! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

True banking experience

It's a pleasure to be able to bank when I want and with human beings.. Every time I enter the Cardiff store I feel valued and the banking transactions are so easy and with friendly staff. No big screens between us I can't recommend Metro bank enough Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Customer service stars

I work full time. Was unable to get to my previous bank as they reduced hours so much and closed all branches locally. Complete disregard for what customers want! Metro bank are easily accessible out of normal hours AND weekends. Never wait long to see an actual person who can help rather than a ‘bot’.
