Mettle is the best bank for small UK businesses

Mettle is a really simple to use and reliable banking app. When you ever need any support then their customer service is absolutely first class and they are very helpful. The biggest bonus is the free inclusion of the FreeAgent accounting software which is simple and easy to use and also has excellent customer support. I always recommend Mettle as the best banking option for anybody who has a small UK business. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

The app is super easy to use, I know exactly where everything is, without having to stop and question. I’ve never needed any help with this app, I think logging in and sending and receiving money is really quick. By being quick really helps when needing to check if my clients have sent me money.
