The savings pots are fantastic and I would be lost without these. Saving for tax has never been easier. Also the fact you provide free use of FreeAgency is the best selling point of Mettle Banking. It's super easy to use and the customer service is fantastic for both Mettle and FreeAgent. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Mettle has provided all I need in a business banking...

Mettle has provided all I need in a business banking service and made it easy for me to access and use, where and how suits me best. Information is provided in a timely manner, I am not spammed with marketing comms and the integration with FreeAgent provides me with seamless financial management for my business, minimising the time I need to spend administering that side of my business, freeing me to add value for my business rather than spend time on non-value adding activity. Banking App and fraud detection

Banking App is easy to work with and has the added support from the customer service team which is invaluable. For example I was making an online purchase whilst I was in Europe through what i thought was a legitimate website and Mettle stepped in and stopped the transaction, citing the provider as a known potential fraud issue. I used the web chat to ask what was the issue and the dialogue was very informative, to the point where I was satisfied that I agreed with their assessment and It prompted me to identify and use a different site for the purchase i needed to make. The app is extremely easy to use, invoices are easy to create and help is always there if you need it. I love that you also get the use of Free Agent for free which is the best accounting app I’ve used by far. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026
