Having banked with mettle for a number of years now, I only have positive things to share. As a bank, they keep things as simple as can be, making it easy for me to manage as a small business owner. Top notch customer support

Customer support is very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Very secure banking that allows me to easily see if a payment is being attempted that I didn't authourise. I did have a situation where my card was compromised just before Christmas and getting my replacement card was swift and easy that it didn't interupt what I needed to do. Plus the addition of having freeagent with my banking allows me to keep on top of my business accounts without having a costly monthly subscription. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

I don't write reviews much but I made an exception. I think that Mettle offers incredible value with its business account. It brought clarity and organisation into my finances and free Free Agent app with it is just amazing. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
