First business account - Mettle Banking is for you

As a first time business owner the prospect of running your own business is daunting enough so to set up a business account was i thought going to be a difficult process. However, the process was simple and once the account was opened i found it such a simple banking app. Creating invoices for clients, sending reminders too. Having little pots for the tax man and your dreams is so visual and helpful, its really good. I love it! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Really easy to use and manage.

Really easy to use and manage. Can easily make payments and keep a daily track on money in and out, able to categorise and link receipts. Can link up to Xero for accounting. It checks payees and has security steps in place. Having it all in the app makes it easy to manage on the go. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Don't Do It - It's Free But That Costs Too Much

My business partner was impressed by the price of Mettle and tbh it worked OK until we needed to change the account because he wanted to stop working for personal reasons. Then the nightmare started - there's no way you can change anything at all on the account. At the end of the month I'm closing the company down as we cannot do anything with the bank account.
