Great App. Love the invoicing feature which makes it really good for small businesses. There are a few occasions where the app has had faults that the team have communicated or locked me out for no reason, which can be a bit nerve racking when doing payroll etc... I have banked with Mettle for 2 years now, and I’ve never had a single issue. The app is super user friendly, and the process of sending and transferring money, as well as creating money pots is seamless. During my time banking with them I had to go through the process of changing my type of account, which I was slightly nervous of, however they made the whole process really easy. I had regular communication, and was able to troubleshoot at ease using their ‘get help’ function in the app. I’m super happy with Mettle, and will continue to bank with them for my business ! If you're a business owner, this is the bank for you.

As a business owner, having a bank account that is user friendly, no nonsense, and intuitive, is key. When I first started my business, I scoured the internet looking at reviews and recommendations from friends and Facebook posts, Mettle and the FreeAgent integration stood out for me. So many fellow business owners have issues with their bank accounts, can't figure out how to categorise their transactions or have to manually input data in to their accounting software. Mettle is incredible easy to use, predicting my transactions. The UI is clear and user friendly. I wouldn't use another bank account and always recommend Mettle in my self employed advice groups.
