Brilliant all round .

I set up my business last year and looked at several different banks. I chose Mettle for the following reasons: 1. Easy to use app. 2. No transaction charges. 3. Free use of FreeAgent. Additionally, when I’ve contacted customer services via the online chat they’ve been quick to respond, super helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve recommend Mettle to several people who have just started in business. I have now set up a savings pot within the app which means I earn interest on the money. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Easy to use daily and great help when needed

I've had a a couple of occasions when I've needed to deal with customer services (changing from an e-money account to a bank account. Everything was dealt with swiftly and knowledgeably on their part.
