Great business account - excited for what is to come.

This is a great business account with easy tools that enable ease of accounting and filing. The customer service is fantastic, with all issues actioned and resolved in a matter of minutes by speaking to a person online, not a bot! The card itself is still not accepted by some card machines or businesses although only a very small amount, however I am hopeful that this will be rectified soon as they continue to grow and expand their services regularly! Great bank!

I've been using Mettle for my business banking, and overall, it’s been a smooth experience. The app is easy to navigate, transactions are processed quickly, and the integration with accounting tools like FreeAgent is super helpful. Customer support has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. The only downside is that it lacks some advanced features compared to traditional business banks, but for freelancers and small businesses, it’s a solid choice. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I find Mettle really easy to use for my business banking. Being able to apply from my own personal banking with NatWest made the application process really simple. I like the Pots facility for HMRC, holidays etc, a very useful tool. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
