Positive service, although delays with payments

I have had a positive with customer service, although the delay of over 15 days for an "international" bank transfer from Ireland to England was not helpful for the purposes of my business. I think it would be helpful to have a desktop browser option as well to enhance accessibility. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Mettle is great for my business banking. It’s great that you can categorise your payments especially for tax year. If I ever have a question or a problem, I reach out to customer service and they’re quick to respond. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
