I’ve been using Mettle as my business bank for a little while now, and I can’t recommend it enough—5 stars all the way! The app is incredibly intuitive, making it a breeze to manage everything I need for my business banking. From checking balances to handling transactions, it’s all straightforward and user-friendly. What really sets Mettle apart, though, is the free access to FreeAgent accounting software. A supportive and quiet provider - which as a start up business is very welcome as everyone has an opinion, offers help but doesn't really follow through! We just need quiet support sometimes. We’re asking customers to switch to our new bank account so that we can provide them with new features and products that we hope will make managing their business finances easier in the future. These features include savings pots, a tax estimate and timeline, and FSCS protection, with more to come. We’re aiming to make the process as seamless as possible, but we’re aware that some of the steps required may be less than ideal. We think that although the short-term process takes a bit of time, the long-term benefits we’ll be able to provide our customers makes it worth it. If you’d like to speak to us about any of the issues you’ve had with your account or the switching process, please drop us a message in-app and one of our support team will be happy to help.
