Some of the best customer service I have had. Although all online service it is very has to get answer to a question within a few minuets and written in a why that is easy to understand. I haven't had to contact customer services so cannot comment on this. I would be better if, as this is a business account, to be able to allow other staff members access, say my bookkeeper to be able to do more without me needing to be involved. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Great for business banking

So far mettle has been great for business banking, I like that I can automatically set up pots so eg. 20% of my invoice payments go straight into the vat pot. Also the access to free agent is brilliant where I can keep ontop of all my business administration and accounting. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Mettle is FREE but full of features!

Mettle is easy and fast to apply for giving me a card with my Business name in no time. It also gives your FREE access to FreeAgent Book keeping software and is fully integrated, saving me time which allows me to spend more time on my business! There is also Apple Pay integration, automated saving pots for budgeting and excellent customer service. The app is fast and user friendly too! The process of opening the account was so so easy and quick. my application was approved within five working days and I was all set up and using the account within six days. I love the options to have separate tax and saving pots, these have been a real benefit to me. I wish I’d taken the decision to open the account sooner… Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
