The account is great, easy to use and the saving pot...

The account is great, easy to use and the saving pots are really useful. I've only come across two missing features that would give it everything I need; the ability to make and receive international payments and the setup to allow more than one account as I've recently formed a Ltd company which needs a separate account and want to stay with Mettle. Super easy to set up account and app. Very easy to use on a daily basis with everything I need in one place. I’ve used Barclays Business Banking in the past and Mettle runs rings around their offering. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Mettle has been instrumental in helping me run my business. Adding receipts/photos of receipts make book keeping simple. The pots help me to save money for different elements of my business. The App is so simple to use and is easy on the eye which makes banking on the go much easier. Having the account connected with Free Agent has really helped with doing my tax return. I was rather worried about being self employed and having a business bank account, but Mettle could not have made it any easier, If i have needed help, the customer services team have always gone above and beyond to help me. I can not recommend Mettle bank enough. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Some of the best customer service I have had. Although all online service it is very has to get answer to a question within a few minuets and written in a why that is easy to understand. I haven't had to contact customer services so cannot comment on this. I would be better if, as this is a business account, to be able to allow other staff members access, say my bookkeeper to be able to do more without me needing to be involved. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
