Using the Mettle Business Banking App is so very easy to use and being able to categorise business items is brilliant. I can forward my account details where needed, see my latest transactions at a glance and transfer to a savings pot too. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Simple, Cost-Effective Banking with a Few Limits

I've found Mettle to be a great option for straightforward, cost-effective business banking. Opening the account was quick and hassle-free, and managing day-to-day transactions through the app has been smooth. One of the biggest benefits is that there are no bank charges, and it includes free access to FreeAgent, which is a nice bonus for bookkeeping. Their customer service has also been very helpful whenever I've needed support, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, there are some limitations to be aware of. Mettle isn’t available for partnership businesses, and if you own more than one business, you can only open an account for one of them—additional businesses aren’t currently supported. Overall, it's a solid choice for sole traders and single limited companies looking for a simple, fee-free banking solution. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
