Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Good experience

I was worried about a bank that I found only on the app store not a phisical one, but until now didn't have any issues and as a bonus I can send money to my family with good exchange rates and all in the same app. And if I need a savings account, I can do it as well. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
