Review of the Monese, Money Account:

Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Not totally satisfied but needs improving

You charge a few for every withdrawal. Monza, Kroo,Atom, Halifax, Nationwide, and other don't. Also customer service getting back or responding and dealing with issues, is really bad. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
