Easy and convenient

I've had my 3 accounts (£, € and RON ) for about 6 years now. They are easy to manage from the same app and very useful for people that travel. You can move money instantly between the accounts with pretty good exchange rates. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

I have been with monese since 2017, I am very satisfied with their services, customer relations still need to be worked on, before they could answer the phone very quickly if I had problems with the account, now they can only communicate via email, they do not answer the phone, I am urgent things that need to be solved quickly and this is only possible by phone call, we don't have to be sent to robots, otherwise they are very correct and I didn't have any problem with the application. congratulations for what you have created Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
