Cant even do payments/ never received the card

Im very disappointed in Monese! I need to do payments but they’re not lettting me. Reason why is because I wont receive a SMS confirmation/code, meanwhile my number is correct! I cant even transfer the money back to my other account! Now they go’n charge me monthly for something I CANT EVEN USE! They said It will take weeks/ months to solve the problem. (im not the only customer) plus I never received the card! Reviewed on: 28th October 2017

Bank of the year for 2020

The Monese app is very easy to use and understand, policies very clear. Transfers were very fast and straight forward, I would be introducing my friends and family to join the Monese family. Reviewed on: 15th February 2020

Sham bank

Encountered an issue ,it took 9 days for any reply . There sevice line gives you a call back option . Never any call back . The chat facility within in the app only allows contact once in a 24 hr period unless they reply ( they didn't in 9 days) major issues on policy/procedures . email structure is confusing and is rarely replied to . Had to speak to the FCA and then the Financial ombudsman. The account had been open barely a week Reviewed on: 15th February 2020
