Navigating through the platform is very easy thanks to its user-friendly interface. It provides a smooth experience that caters to all levels of expertise with its useful guides and short videos ensuring that anyone can meet their financial goals. When I've contacted customer support through chat, they have been quick to respond and given clear and concise answers. The graphs in the app make it make it easy to visualise progress, allowing me to make informed decisions and stay on track toward achieving my goals. I love the app and the service provided by moneybox. I have almost all accounts open with them (pension, stocks and shares, lifetime is a, savings etc.).
