Good experience overall...

Good communication, easy to book an adviser with time slot online, account on dashboard is user friendly, quite knowledgeable on market updates, explanation on funds (sometime depends on who you get), etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Easy to get started. Clear information provided

Unless you have £100k+ to invest and prepared to invest long term, Moneyfarm may not be for you. Monthly fees, Investment fees, trading fees and (currently), a very volatile market will put off many investors. Reviewed on: 19th January 2019

Solid place for someone starting their investment journey

I asked a finance friend for advice about who to start my investment journey with - he recommended MoneyFarm and it was easy to pick what style of investment portfolio you wanted, with great customer service and they've filled me with nothing but confidence from the very first click. Well not had much luck so carrying a small loss but only been investing 12 months

I have been storing surplus cash in premium bonds for some years now and decided on the past records of money farm to transfer some of it into stocks and shares Isa's. Well I have always believed the man who never made a mistake never made anything so I have just proven that wrong I made a mistake and made a small loss. I do not blame money farm as we have been through a period of extremely difficult times. The only thing I can say is that I have been putting 16K a month in this year as I thought it expedient to spread the change over a period to average out the movements in the market. However the movements have been pretty consistently down. while my premium bonds are still returning about 1.2% not too exciting but better than a loss. Now when this financial year ends I will leave my premium bonds where they are. And leave my money farm Isa's to see if they start showing some improvement but I will not throw good money after bad I will wait until I see some upward movement before I add any more Isa investment. Simple to use with quick and knowledgeable advisors

Well done, Moneyfarm! Hooked initially by three things: 1. a hands-off style of portfolio management 2. a great introductory bonus 3. low to zero fees Staying because there have been no problems with or changes to the above, and because the Moneyfarm team carry out requests quickly with minimal fuss and answer queries knowledgeably with a friendly manner. My only gripe is that they don't offer a higher "risk profile" which would allow me to be 100% global developed market equities. But I suppose they aren't allowed to do that, to "protect" me! Feeling Valued

After much shopping around and reading reviews I settled on Moneyfarm to manage my investments. Since then I've had a good experience, and even though my account is a small one I still feel valued as a customer. The website is clean and easy to use, and I get regular update emails, especially in the face of the current uncertainty.
