The app does not work!

The app does not work!! I cannot get access despite resetting my pin. Most times I go in I have to switch the phone off and back on again to get it to work and now not even that is getting me in Reviewed on: 17th December 2025

Our Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5pm and Wednesday 10am – 5pm. We close for Christmas at 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December and reopen on Monday 29th December at 9am. Junior Isa in the Queen Street branch

I set up a Junior Isa in the Cardiff Queen Street branch. Cathy was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. We spoke about her visits to Ireland (I'm Irish) and her plans to return. It was a pleasant experience overall. Reviewed on: 5th December 2025

Not too impressed with their processing of deposits.

Not too impressed with their processing of deposits. This month (December 2025), they correctly credited deposits made by standing order, but then immediately reversed them, and the money is nowhere to be seen. Countless numbers of people are now chasing thousands of pounds. Zero communication from MonBS. Very, very poor showing Reviewed on: 2nd December 2025
