I have been with MBS for around 40 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have recently dealt with Gabbie, Morgan and Louise, and have been very pleased. The Risca branch is within walking distance, making it easy for me to make transactions. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2025

Welsh language signage and provision is massively overdue at Mon. B.S. having customer over 40 years this seriously needs to change we are in Wales 2025!. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025

Premises very clean, tidy and welcoming, Efficient and friendly staff. From what I witnessed no improvements are necessary. I would like to mention Karen who dealt with me. She was extremely personable, approachable and very helpful in meeting my needs. Thanks to her. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025

Local and convenient, face to face with actual people which is more personal, Sarah has been a support from the start. If I have any issues she is the go to person, as she is always helpful and happy to chat and this makes things easier all round. She always has the time of day for me and is very knowledgeable which is what you need in a building society. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025
