Reinvest in a matured isa

Visited Cardiff branch to reinvest in a fixed rate cash isa.Cashier consulted her manager who then went through the process with me in a courteous and efficient manner.All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 19th December 2024

Tried to open online but decided to pop into Penarth agency for help and ended up speaking to Sarah who was very lovely and opened the account for me. Please make the online process more people friendly. Reviewed on: 17th December 2024
