All the staff are friendly, cheery, polite and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and staff are always there to greet you as you walk in the door. The interest rates and products available are very competitive. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Caerleon Road branch staff are simply amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble, and it is a pleasure to visit this branch. Probably not possible but a current account with you would be great!. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024
