Caerleon Road branch staff are simply amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble, and it is a pleasure to visit this branch. Probably not possible but a current account with you would be great!. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Sally and her team at the Cardiff Queen Street Branch

Sally and her team at the Cardiff Queen Street branch are amazing. Sally went through the Monmouth products and was able to answer all the questions I had. The other members of the team were welcoming and was able to relate to my needs. Really friendly and impressive. Reviewed on: 17th July 2024
