In branch service review

The staff are always friendly and helpful whenever we visit the branch. Over the last 6 months when we have been dealing with a bereavement and probate they have been very supportive dealing with the process. They have shown great compassion, professionalism and we never feel rushed. All staff are great but especially Naomi, Andrea and Neil who we have seen. They are a credit to MBS. Appointment with Charli - Brecon branch

Had an appointment regarding opening a new ISA but moving funds from 2 places (ISA transfer + additional from an existing monmouthshire account) so required quite a few documents to be signed. However, Charli was extremely helpful (and patient!) whilst sorting this and there was no issue when I didn't have one of my passbooks. The only downside is that I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for the appointment due to how busy the branch is. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
