Friendly professional staff, excellent customer service

I opened a savings account today in the Cardiff branch. I was already convinced beforehand from the MBS website that they were the organisation that best met my savings needs. During the application process, I received brilliantly tailored customer service from Vicky, that made the formal financial discussion feel like two old friends enjoying a long overdue catch up. I was very impressed with the whole MBS team in the Cardiff branch and will definitely be recommending their financial products to friends and family from now on. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

I really like that they have friendly, helpful counter staff. I like to deal with people - not online services - and their customer service is always amazing. Today I waas served by Anthony who was really helpful and professional, but everytime I call into the Cardiff branch the customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Liked - friendly and helpdul staff, made to feel comfortable, welcome coffee, knowledgeable staff and comfortable surroundings. Online ISA application easy but reliance on postal documentation for signature/start date of investment/start date of interest generation requires clarification and a faster process.
