Our banking, our way... by them!

We are a small business and our experience of banking before Monzo was rigid and very formal. It was difficult to deal with our previous bank, trying to get information and assistance was difficult. We thought this was how all banks were. Then we moved to Monzo and what we found was an easy, low cost supplier we think of as friend! Any issue we have we can use the app to ask a question and one of the team gets back to us and either sorts the issue for us or passes us to someone that can help. The great thing is it is in the one chat and we can leave it, do business and get back to them when convenient. No one is trying to 'sell' new products to us and we can navigate the app easily. They are simply amazing, friendly, accessible and "always on". We could never go back! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

I got I started with Monzo business over a year ago now and it’s all be fantastic. Everything is very easy to use and it also I integrates nicely with my accounting software. Live the little details such as the “ka-ching” sound whenever an invoice is paid! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
