Best bank I've used

Since I moved to monzo, 3 years ago, their customer service has been exceptional. I have always found the App to be much easier to move through vs my old bank and if I've ever had an issue, their response time is very quick and many times within an hour Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

Wow awesome

Been a Barclays customer for years, still had to go in with my passport. To identify myself self. Then wait for a phone call three weeks later to talk me through process. Well opened a personal account with Monzo same hour had a business account and the process is smooth. The Op is brilliant, with all the saving pots. Absolutelyy love it.
