Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. Love the easy to use app.

Love the easy to use app. The freeze feature was super useful, pots, easy to manage overdraft and monzo flex have all been lifesavers. And great to have them all in the same place. I like the breakdowns and the immediate feedback when I've purchased something. The customer service has been very good with answering me when I've had to deal with fraud. Been with Monzo since 2018 and I've never looked back

I've been with Monzo since 2018 and I've never looked back. Whether it's the budgeting function or the round out spending pots, I just love the entire user experience. From a customer service point of view, I usually hate the "chat" option for solving a problem, but Monzo make the entire experience flawless and super quick and simple to solve any issue. No need to be stuck on hold or provide security things for the thousanth time in the day. The newest feature of 1p a day is so fun, I'm loving it! Recently because a Monzo+ member and enjoying the process of learning what else I can do to better organise my budgeting and savings. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
