I’ve had a couple of issues including a scam payment...

I’ve had a couple of issues including a scam payment and a change of business from sole trader to limited. Both times I was extremely impressed with the customer service option. 100% better than I’ve received from my other bank who have face to face options. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Slick modern banking experience

Incredibly straightforward setting up a business account and the app and interface is well designed and very user friendly. Excellent customer service and support and as a small business I find it reassuring to know they are customer focussed and refreshing to partner with a modern forward looking company, something which has sadly been lost by the older traditional banks.
