The Easiest Business Decision I’ve Made .

I switched my business banking to Monzo because I wanted something simple, clear, and actually designed for people who run their own business — not a clunky system that feels like it was built 20 years ago. From day one, it’s been refreshingly easy to use. I can see exactly what’s coming in and going out at a glance, separate pots make tax and savings stress-free, and everything just… works. No jargon, no jumping through hoops, no wasting time on things that don’t move my business forward. The invoicing has been a real game-changer for me. Creating and sending invoices takes minutes, I can see when they’ve been viewed and paid, and I can send receipts straight from my account without needing extra software or spreadsheets. Everything stays in one place, which saves a huge amount of admin time. I also love that I can download all my transactions straight into Google Sheets, which makes tracking and reviewing my finances incredibly easy. On top of that, Monzo’s accounting tools give real peace of mind with the new HMRC rules — it feels future-proofed rather than something I’ll need to change again in a year or two. As a small business owner, time and clarity matter. Monzo gives me both. It’s helped me stay organised, feel more in control of my finances, and focus on growing my business rather than managing it.
