Longtime customer and heavy advocate. The app UX is unreal, customer service has been brilliant when I’ve needed it. The app has gotten more sophisticated over the last 6-7 years that I’ve had it, with the offering feeling more and more worth my while every year. Ive had a positive experience

Ive had a positive experience, ive enjoyed the metal card, how they listen and put in childrens bank accounts, i get my salary a day early via bacs, i get free rail card, weekly greggs, cinema ticket monthly, plus 10% off food, rail card, phone insurance, breakdown cover and travel insurance for reasonable amount. They offer flex credit like klarna or very. They are versatile, forward thinking, innovative and stays ahead of trends. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
