Monzo has a service which is easily accessible. The way they sort out the issues is clear as well. There will be a complete history of the chat, for a particular any particular individual issued they can also call us if needed, but keep everything clear. Not to mention, their response is quick most of the time. The way their operation is designed, in the mobile app, is simple and has good features like sending or requesting money from a person using only the mobile number, etc. Overall, great experience. It is just so easy

Everything is easy, from getting paid early, to then having a clear budget within the app to track outgoings. The only downside is due to the way the chat works, I’d you have an issue and get put in a specialist queue to speak to and advisor and have further issue. No one will see your chats until your initial problem is resolved. This has the potential to cause huge issues if you for instance lost your card while in one of these queues Reviewed on: 26th February 2022
