Now my main account

Switched my main account to Monzo after having it as a second account. Customer service is the best I have experienced from any of the main banks, I won't be using them anymore. So many great features, always developing new ideas while asking for input from their customers. Its a new, easier way of banking - far from the old systems of the high Street banks. Banking made easy

Monzo, unlike the traditional, backwards banks, makes banking easy. The app is engaging and help line is responsive - not that I have ever needed it. I honestly can't believe the traditional banks still exist in their current state - they make online banking so so difficult and are impossible to contact. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Fantastic Finances

I was introduced to Monzo by a family member and have only good things to say. The app is fantastic! I can track my money, my spending as well as schedule payments, see what is due to go out of my account in the next 2-3 days and be made aware if there may not be enough funds. If I want to pay in a cheque, this is a longer process than a conventional bank but I can send the cheque freepost and a notification is added to my summary when it is received together with a date for when the cheque will be cleared. My partner has also transferred his account to Monzo and moving money between us and our “pots” is simple. I love Monzo! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking how it should be
