Teaching the big banks some lessons

Have had an account for well over a year and will not be going back to the big banks. I always know where I am with the balance always taking into account upcoming bills. If I have had to contact them the response on webchat has been really quick and any issues dealt with efficiently. Sterling work around customers with gambling problems. Would recommend to anyone. Easy banking

Monzo is easy to use and bank with , Can control everything with my online account , See my spending at once and many other things , I believe they also give now loans at a fantastic rate , which i may use in the near future . Very quick and simple to use

Everything is easier now

I can see exactly what's taking money and when. I can download histories for processing after the month. I'm very happy in comparison with my old bank. I completed the full switch about a year ago and haven't looked back. The app has had some stability issues but that seems to be resolved now. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
