Ezy an simple to use

The best bank

Monzo puts freedom in banking. I especially love the app and the ability to do and see everything in real time on the go from the comfort of my phone, and being able to use my card almost anywhere in the world. When I travelled back home before the pandemic there was no need to draw cash I could just use my card and it would show where I spent how much and what currency. Amazing. The added features in plus and premium are great too, even just the budgeting tool are very helpful. Customer service via the app have been very helpful whenever I needed them and dealt with my issues in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

So easy to use

Can't fault

Banking made easy

Monzo is easy to set-up, straight forward to use, and allows almost everything to be done directly through the app. This includes tasks that traditional banks require you to ring up or webchat for such as change of address.
