Monzo is easy to use, efficient and modern. Any problems can be solved within minutes within the app. Very secure without all the hassle of multiple login layers that other banks have. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

I've had accounts with many different banks in the past, but Monzo's interface is incredibly user-friendly, their pots feature makes it easy to save, and the budgeting feature makes it easy to stay on-target. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Couldn't ask for more!

I've used Monzo as my main bank account for a fair few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is IMMENSE. The product is simply far ahead of anybody else. Their app is fantastic and ever-evolving. They don't stagnate, they're constantly developing their product and offering to suit a changing market. I even signed up to Monzo Plus this year so my travel & phone insurances are sorted! Everything in one place - as it should be. Go Monzo! Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
