After moving from my OLD bank (emphasis on old) moving to Monzo was a breath of fresh air. Moving between joint and solo accounts is a breeze and managing my money with my partner is effortless. They keep adding new features all the time which is great. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Monzo’s strong ethical stance along with a great user-friendly app, product and service makes it a winner in my eyes. They aren’t afraid to say when they’ve messed up, in fact they actively talk about it as they appear to value transparency, which is very rare in the financial industry in my opinion. I didn't realise what I was missing until I moved to Monzo, it has made so many previously mundane and time consuming tasks very quick and easy. Managing money between personal/joint accounts and pots not to mention between friends has become a cinch. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Monzo has completely revamped what a bank should be seen as. They are the first bank to do something that I genuinely thought was impossible: think about their customer first.
