Best bank in the world!

Monzo just keep surprising me. At first I thought the idea of branchless banks was a little inconvenient, but I've now been with Monzo about 9 months and would not switch back to a traditional bricks and mortar bank if you paid me. The app is amazing and their customer support chat service is absolutely fantastic. The savings pots are one of my favourite features, particularly as you can lock a pot and then turn on round-ups, which is a huge help for my savings. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Excellent service

Changed my banking use

Helped me save money, and get a much clearer picture on my finances. Along side this, ordering a new card takes minimal time and arrives very quickly and never had any issues anywhere. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Changed my life

Monzo has truly been a blessing in disguise. At first I would only use the account for day-to-day spending and avoid using it for anything major but once I had a look at their budgeting tools and their paid early feature I realised I was on to something special. Their customer service agents are very well knowledgable and their features really make it easy for me to know exactly where my money is going and where I am needing to cut back and save. Their round ups make it simple to save a little bit each day and their partnership with IFTTT make it fun to save with little incentives and challenges (It rains a lot where I live so saving for a rainy day really works!) Fantastic bank which is aiming to be a better bank

Love Monzo!
