Amazing service and great app!

I love the Monzo app for managing my money, it is a lot better and easier to use than my old bank. The service is great as well, every time I have had a problem it has been sorted so quickly. Definitely the best bank out there. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Banking that makes an effort

After having a pretty standard bank with Natwest since I was a teenager I became pretty used to having a bog standard type of bank account and I guess I accepted that this below par account that just done it's job was the only choice. I've since made the move to Monzo as banking can definitely be better and they are one of the top companies proving that. They make a bank that's made to genuinely help customers take control of their money and really care about what they do. They've brought warmth to a market that's been dominated by coldness and customer service that goes above and beyond. They don't always get it right but are honest enough to admit this and tell customers what goes wrong when it does and I only see this as a good thing. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Revolutionising Banking

Monzo (and other Challenger Banks) are the future. So damn convenient, easy to use app, great feature set, fully mobile based, great customer support, instant transaction and DD notifications as well as depth spending analysis. In comparison, I was on the phone for 46 minutes (during working hours) with a run of the mill high street bank (one of the big 4) just to make minor changes on my account. Completely archaic practices that are frustrating for the customers and a complete waste of time! I would never ever open another high street bank account and I am genuinely considering closing my existing accounts. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Clear where your money is and goes

Easy to use and great for budgeting. I like being able to categorise my spending and see how it changes month to month. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

No over spending.

Monzo shows me what’s left to spend When outgoings are taken into account ie bills etc.. not just the account balance. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Best bank ever

For 40 years I have had probs with banks but monzo has restored my faith I recommend it to everyone for open transactions and ease of use I cannot fault it in any way. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Easy app to use and track your spending

It's been really useful using the app to track my spending over the previous day, weeks, months and see where I need to cut back to stay on budget. The app is really nicely laid out and I love the card's colour too! Reviewed on: 8th January 2020
