Great Budgeting App

Great app to go with the bank account for budgeting etc. Even as other banks now reflect pending transactions in the balance, the budgeting features are great. Receiving BACS payments a day early is also a great feature! Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Quality app, great service

The app is very straightforward to use, and helps put money aside with its 'pot' functionality for ease of cash management for bills later in the month. The 'get paid a day early' feature is also great option to have, especially those looking to pay off their credit cards etc. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

The bank for the 21st century!

If you're looking for a bank that is amazing on a day to day basis, has excellent customer service and an easy to use app, look no further. Simple, effective, digital-first current account

I have been with Monzo since the Beta prepaid accounts and have used as my main current and joint account for some time now. The experience has always been great - whenever I have needed help (rarely as the user interface and functionality is so simple to use) I have got it quickly using the in-app chat. Monzo: Transparent and active participation in managing my finances

Monzo has revolutionised how I maintain awareness and easily manage my finances on a day-to-day basis. Before, when I was a customer with the larger legacy banks, I would often just bury my head in the sand and hope for the best, but now I actively plan and budget using featurs such as pots. Monzo's attitude towards moral lending and low interest rates (even for small amounts of borrowing) is also fantastic, compared to the predatory payday lenders of old such as Wonga. Couldn't ask more for a current account (and I work for another Bank!)

Monzo gives me full control of my money - Everyday banking is no longer a chore, it is quick, fast and easy. I have switched all my banking over to Monzo for a long time now and never looked back. They provide excellent customer service and an innovative customer experience, but what I find most refreshing is how open and honest they are throughout. If things don't go to plan, they hold their hands up and they tell you what went wrong and what they are doing/have already done to resolve the issue. Recommended for everyone

I love the ease of use that monzo offers. The instant notifications, shared tabs, pots, and upcoming direct debits shown on the main screen has made banking fun for me! Using monzo was the best decision I made which has helped me manage my money in an improved way. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020
