Best bank I've used

There are so many things a bank has to get just right and Monzo manages to do all that, and more. I need to emphasise how lovely and welcoming the staff are- and the community- and I have learnt so much by being a customer. I don't think I would be this financially aware or literate without them, and they actively seek to make our experience with them as smooth and amazing as possible. Can't recommend them enough! Monzo have be brilliant for my needs. Seeing every penny that comes in and out of my account instantly is great. The pots feature makes it easy to separate your money, and summary shows you how much you have left to spend once all of your direct debits, standing orders and recurring payments are made.
