Future banking

Sure, Lloyds and other legacy banks have started to copy the features of Monzo, but they are just imitating something they don't truly understand. They don't copy the nuances and minute decisions that go into these features. Monzo cares for their customers, provides new innovative features, and doesn't seem like they're out to scam me every step of the way. And it is that empathy that is why Monzo is truly different. My money feels like my money, rather than a normal bank, where I feel like I give them my money, only for me to beg for it to be returned to me, with as few a fees as normal. So many innovative features; Excited to engage with banking

Every time i use my card people ask about Monzo. I tell them about cool features and ease of use and all the things i think of off the top of my head. Can't imagine promoting another company in that way! Must be because i think Monzo is awesome. Reviewed on: 10th January 2020

Forward thinking, digital first

Amazing product, really helps to manage my money and to save, using tech to help me achieve my finacial goals. Love the way the community can vote for enhancements and changes to the app. I feel like a member, not a number of an account. I love the saving pots and that they can be hidden the recurring bills functionality, the intergration to IFTTT, and rounding up of card payments and adding to my savings pot which I can lock. A bank that actually cares!

Becoming Financially Responsible

When I joined Monzo I had thousands of pounds of overdraft debt and maxed out credit cards. By using Monzo initially as an extra location to purely use for my allocated budget (set up within the app) I could keep the majority of my income in my legacy bank and slowly get my figures back in the black. Nowadays Monzo has become my sole back account having successfully paid off all my outstanding debt, lifelong Monzo customer. And a bit of a fanboy now Reviewed on: 10th January 2020

Fast, exciting & Innovative!

I absolutely love monzo. I have gone from someone regularly extending my overdraft at around £100 more per month. Now a year on. I have went from a £800 overdraft to barely dipping into my £100. Monzo helps me budget and understand where i need to make changes in my spending!! Its so easy and there no jargon or stupid T&Cs clogging your every move! Its clean, fast and weirdly fun! Who knew id be constantly refreshing the monzo labs tab to see what else is being developed or available to me! Monzo is a fab bank!!! Reviewed on: 9th January 2020
