Whenever I've used other banks I always felt very disconnected with them and my money, but with monzo im able to easily track my savings and my spending. The only bank I trust 100%

Monzo is the best bank I've ever used. It is easy and intuitive to use. The customer support get back to you very quickly and are very friendly. The most important thing to me though is the dialogue that Monzo has with its user community. They listen and they actively take on feedback. They admit flaws and they work on them. It builds a level of trust that I don't have with any other company, let alone a bank. And for that reason alone I love Monzo and I'll remain loyal Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

I used to bank with a legacy bank and forever felt lost in an overdraft, not knowing anything till 3 days later. In most cases costing money in charges. Monzo provided me a way to constantly feel on top of my finances. See bills ahead of time. See a constantly up to date balance, plus many more features. I have since never been in an overdraft and never felt more in control. I've since converted 8 friends to the future of banking. I really could talk about monzo all day long! Monzo changed my life in a financial state. Turned my mental state on finances from stressed to calm and positive. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
