Perfect for managing your money

Real time transactions

I struggle with budgeting, so many of the Monzo features have helped me get better with money. The real time transactions are great, as are the categories so I can see where my money is going. The customer service chat is responsive, however sometimes a little slow, which is why I've marked it down. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Excellent!

Moved my main account first and was very surprised with the 21st century approach. No more old stuffy, restricted banking that the big banks offer. Monzo is a new, fresh and modern approach. Great bank who cares about their customers

I have had a few problems with other company's charging me the incorrect amount. Monzo have alway been happy to help.
