Simple to set up and great service

I now have proper accountability to myself for my spending. No more hiding. Round ups are fab and iftt small savings per day are fun and all add up. Really impressed by the whole thing. Reviewed on: 20th November 2019

Stress free banking

I was tentative to switch bank - I’d never done it before - but Monzo made it so easy and clear. Then they showed my all my payments, as they go out, and for direct debits, before. Bill pots made it easy to manage my money, and customer service made it easy to answer my questions. Is it possible to love your bank? A few months ago I’d say no, but now I say absolutely. They make everything easy

Every aspect of dealing with Monzo is easy. From opening the account to managing your finances. Got a problem with a transaction? - use the online chat. Easy. Transfer money? Easy (and quick!). I was getting a refund from a utility company... They told me it would be in my account "within 3-5 days"... It arrived in my account whilst I was still talking to them! Budgeting, loans and more..

PreMonzo, I was very terrible with finances. Managed to get myself into a little hole and was going to be paying back a lot for a few years. PostMonzo, I’m on my way to actually having savings, having all my outstanding in order and consolidated into one of the low apr loans and on track to be debt free by mid 202!
