Even after legacy banks have been releasing new features trying to keep up with challenger banks, Monzo remains ahead of the curve, with existing features implemented better than the competition, and new and genuinely useful features being added all the time. Reviewed on: 14th November 2019

Best bank in the UK

I've been using monzo since they first launched in 2014 and have never looked back. From customer service through to app experience they are by far the best bank around. Even as others have tried to catch up monzo keep moving further ahead Reviewed on: 14th November 2019

Very consumer focused

I switched from starling as they focus on consumers more rather than business which is how I felt about starling, they don't rush things and they share everything with there customer on social media and on their community page and very snappy at replying. Reviewed on: 14th November 2019

Absolutely love Monzo! We do all our banking with them now, we are #fullmonzo. We invested at the last crowdfund round and will do again. Quick, easy, efficient, secure & regulated, but without fuss and red tape. And all done with a fun and accessible brand and attitude. You know where you are with your money and your spending.
