Easy to set up and order a new card - all done in under 10 minutes. An innovative app with truly useful features compliments the best banking experience with live updates every time an action is completed on your account. Credits and debits in real time are notified immediately giving true control over your budget with no shocks from forgotten transactions. I have no hesitation in recommending Monzo. monzo current accounts can do things that is so much more intelligent, whether freezing cards, paying friends nearby or splitting bills or the name of the shop and their logo when you buy. The budgeting and then the most important feature pots. Pots really help make sure you keep to your budgets. Reviewed on: 16th December 2018

Monzo's customer service is second to none. They're very responsive to customer needs and allow you to communicate with them via in-app chat or Twitter DM, rather than forcing you to phone or visit a branch. Their app is great for all purposes. Reviewed on: 15th December 2018

Great banking on my phone

Monzo goes the extra distance with all the features they've implemented so far. Letting you know when direct debits are due before they go out and if they've changed. It's a great app already and I look forward to them adding even more features and supporting more banking products. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

I've never had a problem with this except when I lost both my phone and Monzo card. Luckily when I called them it was simple for them to resolve for me. And I was up and going again within a week. Brilliant if you ask me. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

The features of the monzo app make it so easy to not only manage my finances, but also share the cost of living with my partner in a transparent way. Much better service than the traditional banks as well which is a huge plus! Reviewed on: 13th December 2018
