I've never had a problem with this except when I lost both my phone and Monzo card. Luckily when I called them it was simple for them to resolve for me. And I was up and going again within a week. Brilliant if you ask me. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

The features of the monzo app make it so easy to not only manage my finances, but also share the cost of living with my partner in a transparent way. Much better service than the traditional banks as well which is a huge plus! Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

Best banking experience I had so far

It's the little bits that count, but seeing payments before they happen in your feed, instant notifications, or using features such as Pots or Summary to track my spending gives me a peace of mind I can't get anywhere else. Disclaimer: I work for Monzo. But I feel strongly, I have to comment. It's remarkable for a bank, but you really feel like Monzo care about you. They have such friendly and knowledgeable support staff, not to mention a great app and helpful features like card freeze and gambling block. They genuinely care about clear communication, helping vulnerable people, fairness and diversity in everything they do. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
