Best banking experience I had so far

It's the little bits that count, but seeing payments before they happen in your feed, instant notifications, or using features such as Pots or Summary to track my spending gives me a peace of mind I can't get anywhere else. Plus their support is top notch and can resolve any queries I had swiftly and empathetically. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018

Best customer support

Disclaimer: I work for Monzo. But I feel strongly, I have to comment. It's remarkable for a bank, but you really feel like Monzo care about you. They have such friendly and knowledgeable support staff, not to mention a great app and helpful features like card freeze and gambling block. They genuinely care about clear communication, helping vulnerable people, fairness and diversity in everything they do. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018

Amazing company, outstanding support.

I've been with Monzo as a beta user for quite some time and have not had a single negative thing to say about them. There are the only bank that implement features based on user requests rather than just getting standard features forced upon you. Their customer service is second to none and the community forums are so helpful, I've never known a company like this one. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018

Excellent Bank

Really love this bank. They offer instant notification and categorisation of transactions, budgeting, savings pots with scheduled deposits and withdrawals, and excellent transaction search. Simple, quick, transparent

The Monzo app provides a great overview of spendings with automatic categorization and optional budgeting tools and is extremely simple to set up. On top of that they don't charge any currency conversion fees and communicate their company goals and roadmap. Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

Changed the way I bank

Signing up was really easy, took less than 5 minutes and card arrived next day. I've also signed for a joint account which was also very simple. The app is good, clearly shows your transaction and helps me budget much better than before. Overall, an excellent experience! Reviewed on: 9th December 2018
