For a new bank to come into the market and make such an impact as Monzo has is nothing short of incredible. Not only is their app a breeze to use, but their customer service is second to none. Add to that the they have 'Social Meetups' with account holders throughout the UK not only to get to know each other better but to bounce ideas about and for Monzo to give us insight as to what they have got planned. Easy to use banking app that makes you feel more in control of your money and access to your money. A modern service that taps in to the needs of the younger generation, but is also perfectly accessible to someone who is older and who likes to keep up to date with new and innovative technology. It is a really good way to bank is an easy way to get a bank account, they are verry prompte on answers and never had an issue my direct debits worked always.. easy to manage too.. so good one from me monzo ;) Reviewed on: 24th December 2018

Having tried most challenger banks Monzo is the only one that feels like a real bank. Approachable and helpful staff. Others just seemed like the couldn’t care. Not Monzo. Nothing is too much for them. Reviewed on: 24th December 2018
