Monzo is the only bank I know that actually makes banking so much easier. The whole experience of the app features, customer service, community, and continued improvements to the service make it a positive experience from start to finish. Even simple things like immediately knowing when money enters or leaves your account is something that I can't imagine not having now. Thanks to Monzo, even I can save money now! Community based feel with great user experience

Monzo's communication style is so focused on what the customer needs; I feel like I've had to opportunity to join consultations on big changes (i.e. fee structures, international withdrawals) and the user experience across the app is well thought through - for a new bank I feel incredibly safe banking with them, which is quite a feat. Monzo has created one of the best banking UI I have seen and made banking simple again. They provide excellent customer service, and their app helps me manage my money better with tools such as summary, and pots. You cannot go wrong with this bank. Reviewed on: 30th December 2018

For a new bank to come into the market and make such an impact as Monzo has is nothing short of incredible. Not only is their app a breeze to use, but their customer service is second to none. Add to that the they have 'Social Meetups' with account holders throughout the UK not only to get to know each other better but to bounce ideas about and for Monzo to give us insight as to what they have got planned.
